VS Packaging buys Wenhong WH 1050SS die cutter from Zhongke India

Vadodara based carton printer and convertor VS Packaging has bought a Wenhong WH1050SS automatic high-speed die-cutting machine from Zhongke India. The deal was announced during the Pamex 2023 show in Mumbai.

"The Wenhong WH1050SS automatic high speed die-cutting machine is the fifth one we have bought from Zhongke India. We have had a great experience working with them. This machine is great and the service provided by Zhongke India is excellent," says Mujahid Sulemani, general manager. VS Packaging.

VS Packaging was established in 2010 and prints and converts monocartons and master cartons for the Indian and export markets. In the press department, the company has a 6-color UV Heidelberg fully loaded press. It now has three die cutters and two folder gluers.

Focus on exports

VS Packaging is very bullish on the Indian packaging industry but is also looking to expand its presence in the export market, especially in the Middle East and Africa.

"We already have a good number of customers in the Middle East and Africa and we are aiming to grow this business. We supply cartons to countries such as UAE, Qatar, and South Africa. We are in talks with customers in Kuwait." Sulemani says.
