Pragati and Raplika among buyers
Zhongke India, a joint venture with Zhongke China, had a stellar performance at drupa, securing several prestigious deals. The company signed five contracts for rigid box machines, including the 26th purchase by Replika Packaging Kundli, and a second box-making machine for the Pragati Group in Hyderabad.
"The response to our exhibits was overwhelmingly positive. Visitors and fellow European manufacturers appreciated the machines' design, concept, and production quality. We signed an impressive five deals for the rigid box machines, including with industry leaders such as Pragati and Replika," said Rohit Rajpal, director of Zhongke India.
Zhongke India represented five other companies and successfully closed deals for various machines, including three case makers, a collapsible box-making project, three flute laminators, four corrugation lines, ten roll-to-sheet machines, three die cutters, and two carry bag machines. The company also secured agreements for ancillary machines such as grooving, box assembly, and magnet pasting.
"These deals reflect our commitment to providing high-quality, innovative packaging solutions," Rajpal added.

Multiple exhibits from Zhongke
Zhongke showcased a variety of machines at drupa, including two new launches. It displayed a fully servo-driven high-quality rigid box production machine capable of producing top and bottom boxes, as well as slipcase-type boxes. This machine features a compact design and intelligent functions and can achieve a production speed of 25 sets per minute.
The company showcased a pulp molding production line. According to Rajpaal, this machine is poised to be the next revolution in the packaging industry as the world increasingly recognizes the necessity for greener solutions. Zhongke was the only company to offer live demonstrations of pulp-molded products at drupa.
The company unveiled three new models suitable for a wide range of products, including food packaging, electronics, cup lids, perfumes, cosmetics, and high-end industrial packaging.
Great response at the expo
During drupa, Zhongke experienced a significant turnout, especially from India, indicating the South Asian nation's growing presence and influence in the industry.
"We received over 200 live inquiries from visitors, highlighting not only the volume but also the quality of buyers. drupa is a key international exhibition where companies worldwide launch their new products. For Zhongke, drupa is vital as it provides insights into diverse market demands and trends, helping us stay ahead and meet our customers' evolving needs," Rajpal said.
